By making a reservation and/or attending an event at the UC Irvine Libraries, I hereby grant the UC Irvine Libraries and anyone authorized by the Libraries the unrestricted right to copyright, reproduce, publish and otherwise use my picture, video, audio or power point presentation on the date of the event. I understand that the Libraries seek only to use these items for noncommercial purposes including, but not limited to advertising and promoting the event and the UC Irvine Libraries. This includes displays on the UC Irvine Libraries' website. I hereby waive any causes of action I may have on account of the use of my photograph, video, audio or my presentation made at the Libraries. I acknowledge that I have NOT received any financial compensation and that no such compensation is required for the UC Irvine Libraries to use these items in the above mentioned manner.
