- Room includes digital displays, moveable furniture, and a writeable glass wall. (Markers available at the Check Out Desk on the 1st floor.)
- Student Groups may reserve this space. They must be registered with the UCI Office of Campus Organizations at https://campusorgs.uci.edu.
- All UCI Libraries’ policies including Food and Drink, Noise, etc. apply. See https://www.lib.uci.edu/policies for details.
- These spaces are not meant for student group events. There are other venues on campus for that and student groups are encouraged to contact the Student Center at http://www.studentcenter.uci.edu to reserve their venues for that purpose.
- The maximum length of time for a reservation is 4 hours per Student Group per day. Recurring bookings will be allowed (e.g. every Tuesday, etc.)
- The minimum group size is 10 individuals. For groups smaller than 10, please book one of our larger study rooms instead.
- Reservations must be made at least 7 days in advance. NOTE: Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email. This can take 1-2 business days.
